EWO Expression of Interest Form
The Eyes Wide Open program is aimed at students who are pregnant or teenage mothers. The aim of the program is to address their needs as young parents by re-engaging them with education and learning parenting skills in a safe environment. If you think this sounds like it would suit you and you'd like to express an interest in joining the program then simply download and fill out the following form.
